Prove you're not hypergamous, ladies

Assalamu alaikum. So I actually had a guy in the comment section saying that when Zuleika, the wife of the Aziz, wanted to leave her husband or break up her marriage in order to sleep with Nabi Yusuf, Alaihi Salam, who was to her just a slave, an incredibly handsome slave. And she is willing to throw away her position in society, her marriage to a powerful man, rich, wealthy positions, high status. She's willing to throw all of that away in order to be with Nabi Yusuf who's a slave. That was hypergamy because she valued handsomeness, so it's hypergamy.

She placed a high value on handsomeness, so therefore it's hypergamy. In other words, it is whatever the individual woman places value upon. The only way for a woman to prove that she's not hypergamous is to deliberately make decisions that connects her to men who she doesn't value, to deliberately be with a man she doesn't want. It's a pretty useful theory for men who nobody wants.
