"But the US started the United Nations..."

The argument I mean, to be honest, I don't even know what kind of an argument that is to say, well, The United States started the United Nations. What's your point? I mean, really, honestly, what's your point? The the the Nazis started Volkswagen. Does that mean you can't drive a Volkswagen?

Does that mean you can't drive a a Maybach car? What what's the point of that statement? I mean, think it through before you talk, before you say something that you think is smart. Make sure it's smart before you say it Because you're talking to smart people and and smart people are involved in this conversation. Smart people are involved in this movement.

And we know what we're talking about. So if you're if you're gonna say something, think it through before you say it because we might bring you on the panel and then you're gonna have to explain why what you just said is relevant in any way whatsoever. You know there's maximum security prisons that have been turned into luxury hotels. You don't think that an organization can change, that an institution can change, especially when it has a charter that doesn't need to change. The only thing that has to change is that that charter has to be implemented.

You understand? It's irrelevant whether or not The United States started it. That's completely irrelevant. That's not an argument in any way whatsoever for or against. It's just a factoid that you think can be interpreted in a certain way that will support your pessimism and your cynicism and your do nothing ism.

So no, that's not welcome. And then I saw another person saying the United Nations has no authority. Of course, it has authority. Why do you think America wants to control it? Do you think they would be interested in controlling the United Nations if it was a powerless, toothless, insignificant organization?

When has America ever wanted to control something that wasn't useful to them? The only reason that they wanna control it is because it is incredibly useful. It is incredibly powerful. It has a tremendous amount of authority and they wanted to make sure that they could protect themselves from that authority and that's what they've done. That's been the entire problem and that's the problem that we're out here to solve.

And if you wanna help solve that problem, then go and sign the petition and share it with your family and friends and try to cure yourself from this do nothing mentality, this helpless mentality, this victim mentality that's obsolete, and it doesn't even apply anymore. If you would have that victim mentality thirty years ago, forty years ago, I might understand it, but it is completely inappropriate in 2024.
