Leave what's doubtful, and what stirs doubts in your heart
Leave what causes you to doubt for what does not cause you to doubt. In other words, if there's something you're not sure about, stay away from it. That's the intended meaning of the hadith. But I would like to also add that there's another ramification of the hadith, which is leave the things that are designed to make you doubt. Leave the arguments and the ideas and the belief systems that are designed to cause doubt in your soul, to cause doubt in your mind, to cause doubt in your heart.
You know, the very first example in the history of humanity of people following a conspiracy theory and conjecture from an unreliable source was what? When Nabi Adam and Hawa listened to the explanation of Iblis as to why Allah forbade them from approaching the tree. They listened to an unreliable source, they believed it, and the rest is history. Leave what causes you to doubt for what does not cause you to doubt. There are now people out here online pushing ideologies, pushing ideas about men and women that are designed to foster doubt in your heart.
Leave it. It's no good, and that's the work of your enemy.
