BRICS realities on the ground

They they thought that they could the OCGFC thought that they could completely dictate the process of the pivot to the global south. And they really thought that they could just make it another round of of colonialism. They came up with bricks. Goldman Sachs came up with BRICS, and they thought that they that they could control this process from start to finish. But then the BRICS countries said, well, know, actually it's not a bad idea.

And so they started to turn it into something of their own. They turned it into something on their own. And that's creating realities on the ground that the OCGFC have to contend with and have to either accept or, fight.
