Quick message & an assurance

Assalamu alaikum, everyone. I'm taking the day off. I hope you don't mind. But I'll just say one small point. The damage that red pill theory can do to Islam is zero.

The damage that feminism can do to Islam is zero. Worst case scenario, some Muslim men will follow it and worst case scenario, some Muslim women will follow it. And there's always been, you know, individual Muslims who follow wrong misguided ideas. That's always happened. It doesn't make a dent in Islam, it doesn't affect the overwhelming majority of the ummah, and that's the case with Red Bill, and it's the case with feminism.

I do think it's important to counter it, and I don't think it's necessarily important to be alarmed about it. It's just some boys who have a wrong idea in their head, and they'll probably grow out of it because when they try to practice it in their life, Yani, they're not gonna get positive results, period. They're not gonna have a happy life. So at a certain point, they're gonna grow out of it, and it's just a shame that they have to go through it. Ideally, they won't have to go through it.

Ideally, they will understand that this is a stupid philosophy. It's a stupid idea. You you like to call it a Praxology. Right? But actually, what you're doing is you are interpreting human behavior through the lens of a conclusion you've already reached.

So if that's a Praxology, then the theory of original sin is a Praxology because that also explains human behavior to Catholics. Do we take that as legitimate? No. It's a wrong interpretation of human behavior. It's a wrong conclusion to use as a lens for explaining to yourself human behavior.

The correct lens, of course, is Islam. What Allah tells us about human beings, about our nature. And that's what most of us do, and that's what most of us will continue to do. There's always been deviant ideas. There's always been some level of misguidance in people who follow, the wrong path.

That's always happened. It will continue to happen, and they have no lasting effect on Islam or the great body of the ummah. So enjoy your weekend, everyone.
